Finally, a new look to my blog! So decided to start off with the gorgeous sakura trees - cherry blossoms...really loves it! I have yet seen the real sakura trees, only pictures though...but I would love to stay in Japan to see them for the rest of my life.

Sometime in January...we had our Dinner & Dance at Suntec Conference Hall. It's themed "Juliet High School" as our Division is Juliet. Predictably the code of dress is school uniform! So its quite fun to see many adults to dress in school uniforms...many of which tried to fit their oversized body into the poor uniforms. It was a fun-filled night which reminded me of my High School days (which will never return T__T) and I won a ??? flask. Can't remember what it's called but it is used for filtering tap water so that it is drinkable. Grrr...I was aiming for the 1st or 2nd price which are $2000 travel voucher and 32" plasma TV but nevertheless it was a enjoyable night.

2 my of super-hardworking colleagues~ -->

Also in January, I visited the Police Dog Unit and saw some really kawaii doggies~ They are also pretty clever, so called the more intelligent ones...haha....anyway touched some of the "touchable ones" and observed that they are well taken care of by their owners!

(I'm missing my Yong already :P)

February started off with Chinese New Year, I took 2 days of leave in order to enjoy my New Year to the max ^___^. Uncle Chua took us to Esplanade to enjoy the fireworks. There was also a Chinese-style flee market nearby and there's a wishing well which really caught my attention. Everyone was digging into their wallets to find coins....to throw at chimes? It is really creative for whoever that thought of this idea....

Basically, one will get the blessing he wishes if he hit the chime under the respective board. It is quite fun...I was thinking of getting either the "Good Health" or "Study Luck" and managed to get the "Study Luck" chime with a 20cents coin! Yay! It is also quite funny to see some desperate uncles "play cheat" by crossing over the line to hit the chime....guess he won't get a long-lasting one -_-'''

Just recently, had a 2 days chalet at Aloha Loyang with my colleagues....Really had a enjoyable time there so my thanks to the organisers - Eugene & Nithiya~
Only took 1 photo with my handphone, together with my ex-colleague who taught me many things when I was still a newbie...he's going to ORD soon and pursue his studies in UK...All the best to him!

All the best to everyone too! May your dreams come true!
